HUINING Candle Type Ceramic Filter

The candle type ceramic filter is made of highly compressed ceramic with diatomic properties. The surface of the consists of millions of pores with a diameter of 0.5 microns. When contaminated dirty tap water passes through the holes in the ceramic filter, it traps dirt, debris, and contaminants before the water flows to the "clean" side of the filter.

Compatible type

This replacement filter fits most home, travel, light-duty, large counter, and water cooler water filtration systems. It can also be used with household buckets or other water tank faucets to DIY a water filtration system.

NOTE:

TDS value reflects the sum of soluble solids in water, including minerals beneficial to human body. A single TDS value can not judge the quality of water. The filtered water of this water purifier will retain minerals in the water, so the TDS value cannot be reduced.

Cleaning Recommendations

The recommended maintenance of the ceramic filter is at least once a month, or as needed according to the quality of the water. Use a scouring pad or a soft brush to scrub the surface of the ceramic dome under cool tap water to unclog the pores on the ceramic and expose a new layer for use.
